新發現﹕杏鮑菇 (韓式食法) King Oyster Mushroom

在韓式超市買菜時﹐在蔬果部看到有舉行試食活動﹐店員在推廣形狀有趣的杏鮑菇 (King Oyster Mushrooms)。這種菇我以前有看過﹐但沒怎麼留意。他們把菇切片﹐再沾上雞蛋汁煎熟。一試之下覺得味道不錯﹐於是買了一包回家試試。做法簡單。

材料﹕

  • 杏鮑菇 1 包
  • 雞蛋 2 隻
  • 鹽 少許
  • 油 2 湯匙


做法﹕

  1. 雞蛋打好﹐放鹽。
  2. 杏鮑菇切片﹐約 1/4 吋厚度﹐沾上蛋液。
  3. 鍋裡加油﹐以中火將兩面煎至金黃色﹐即成。


後記﹕

  • 我很喜歡這種吃法。大家也可以在蛋液中加入少許蒜蓉調味。

    As new research indicated that when we cook Scrabble egg, it's no good to add salt. Should we put table salt instead?

    First of all thanks for reading this blog!

    I haven't heard about that - would you mind posting a link so I can take a look?

    I would imagine that if salt is harmful, then so would table salt.

    You can try cooking at a lower temperature or add salt after the cooking process. (Similar to how we add the seasoning pack after cooking instant noodles).
